I was wondering if you see better benefits from doing a straight block of exercise verses breaking it up throughout the day? I just use an exercise bike at home but as I'm building up to working out I have only been doing 5 minutes at a time and wondered if that even does anything for your body! lol
Yesterday I was able to do 12 minutes straight and later in the day 8 minutes straight (for a total of 20 minutes) so I know I'll be able to work myself up to doing more at one time but I was still wondering: When exercising do you only see benefit by working hard at one time or do you still see benefit from doing small sessions throughout the day?
Thoughts?
