    5 minute warm up

    10 minutes cardio
    25 jumping jacks
    10 minutes cardio
    25 crunches
    10 minutes cardio
    5 minute cool down

    You have Friday or Saturday to accomplish it.
    I know this may be too easy for some of you so, feel free to increase where you need to, to make it challenging for yourself.

    Yay for all the NSVs! Trying on clothes that haven't fit in a while is a great feeling!! Nice when your clothes don't hurt any more! lol!
  • Another day wrapping up think i forgot to post my miles yesterday, which were 6.2 walking and 10 on the bike for 16.2 and today they are 6.2 walking and 11.6 on the bike for 17.8 making 80.8 on the week so far.

    Not much new to report, weight is hanging tough at 193, should probably up my ticker, seems that day when my weight was down was mostly water though i did only count the 3 on weigh in, still makes for zero so far this week, think i'm eating to much and exercising to much, oh well could be worse, still i have two days to make my one happen for real.

    Hope everyone is doing well and chickadee you are looking better all the time. Your cheekbones are much more pronounced.

  • I will DEFO be doing kp duty probably tomorrow. My mother decided to jump on the weight loss bandwagon with me. After 6 mos of yelling at me for losing weight she decided to lose some herself!!!! I have to look at the scale for her because she can't see that but hey.. that is OK! If I stop getting yelled at for losing weight I'll do it. Get this, now that my mom stated. My sister is thinking bout it too. This should be interesting.

    I was at the really big library today and ended up climbing about 25 flights of stairs and OMG My legs were feeling it at the top! The way down wasn't so easy either but it felt soooooo gooooddd!!!! I knew there was a reason I love that library! Hope ya'll are meltin that butt-er last chance starts tomorrow!!!!!

    I was finally able to pull up and zip up some capri's that I bought 2 years ago. They were labeled the same size as what I wore but were clearly miss-labeled. Today was they day they went on!

    Writing it down and working it off REALLY WORKS!!!

    Sorry there aren't more personals, it's so hard to keep up with this thread =S.

    I've got a 5 mile run tomorrow, will be the furthest I've run ever! I always feel a bit intimidated by these types of distances but I know I'll do it, even if I end up walking!

    I'm going to get in around 10 miles of bike riding this morning. Then more classrooms stuff.
