  • Hey Troops! I'm still here, just without Internet yesterday after this heat wave caused a power outage. 100 degrees and no A/C is NO fun!

    BOOM SHACKA LACKA LACKA challenge complete!

    Only at 490 mins so far this week, but all I have on the schedule for this weekend is working out, then working out some more.

  • MadamB - No on the major faceplants, these were just normal falls. I think my bestie and I are going to start playing more often - our pole dance instructor is out on emergency medical leave (we think she fell off the pole ) so racquetball it is for now! Are you totally jazzed for your race tomorrow?!

  • SARGE: Weather says: T-storms or at least a chance . . . overnight tonight VERY GOOD CHANCE OF T-storms, diminishing in the AM and then another VERY GOOD CHANCE tomorrow afternoon. Temps at 9 & 10 AM mid 70's (Iianae starts at 10 AM) . . . so not too bad . . . Actually i wouldn't mind if it rained . . . It'd make me feel like a "REAL WARRIOR" . . . . LOLOLOL . . . BUT whatever the skies bring, I'm READY . . .

Sarge is super anal and loves to start Monday mornings with the results so that everyone, including lurkers, knows how well this hardworking platoon performed!

    Phew. Thanks Sarge!! I almost thought I got kicked off the team.

    Edit: Sorry about not checking in on Sunday. That weekend was just a blur. Too much sun & fun. Won't happen again I promise.

  • Just checking in Sat in my nephews pool today and did some push ups/the plank in it to see how much easier it would be. (his pool is only 1.5 feet deep or so) It defo was easier in the pool but gonna do more after everyone goes back to their rooms. Hopefully everyone had a butt-er melting day!
  • Day 3 of the Boom Shack A Lacka Lacka complete!

    50 push ups (girly stlye) - CHECK
    150 crunches - CHECK
    50 butter burners - CHECK
    50 calve lifts (left side only) - CHECK

    Hoping I can finish my last set tomorrow. First session with my trainer tomorrow morning and I know if he's going to kick my behind! Definitely going to melt some BUTT-er tomorrow! After that going to the outlet mall, so there will be lots of walking. I almost feel like I am burning more calories hobbling around lol.
  • I am back from my excursion out of town. Harry Potter was great and so was the shopping.
    My challenge today was to go to a movie and not have popcorn or goodies. Also to avoid all the fast food joints.

    I took that challenge head on.......



    And now I am happy to say, I was victorious!!!!



    On top of that hardcore ladies I am at 780 minutes and have completed 13 days on plan.

    I feel great!!!
