Not at goal but switching to phase 3?

  • My coach says that if I eat phase 3 for 2 full weeks, it stabilized weight so going on a vacation (and off plan) won't be so damaging. Then come back and return to phase one to finish up losses.

    What do the experienced ideal protein gals have to say?

  • WOW that's quite interesting. I've not experienced this plan but did take a two week vaca for our daughter's wedding on week 14 ... and not quite 1/2 way to my 70 pound loss goal. I stayed on program up to the day we left. Shipped food to Hawaii to stay on program and made it to day 2 of the trip. Sigh... In two weeks of eating and drinking what I wanted (though what I wanted was somewhat guarded - yet still pretty loose) I only gained 3 pounds. By the end of my first week back I lost that 3 plus 1 more.

    I must say that your coach's plan makes me want to go on vacation... just 'cause I'd love to be on Phase 3. LOL!
