I would say that you
can do this, but nevermind that, you
are doing it! It took me a long time to realize that weight loss isn't linear and your body doesn't always do what you want it to. Switch something up, give your system a little shock. Try the calorie cycling, do a different workout, a harder workout, something to wake your body up. When you feel like you're losing your focus, connect with all the reasons you want to lose weight, all of the things you want for yourself. Feel them happening, imagine yourself having them. Then go do whatever you have to to get there.
