    Hey Slim_CB I actually don't own a car, so I probably walk about 20-40 minutes a day, at a leisurely pace, just getting place to place (i've stopped counting these walks, unless it's a park walk or something!!) I'm actually trying to find the time to start running! unfortunately, I am not a runner though.
