20 kilos down and out of Obesity type II

  • Today I went to my nutritionist appointment. After about one year (with some ups and downs), I am 20 kilos thinner. In the last month, after stopping to eat wheat, I went down 6 kilos and lost 2 points of BMI, so I am now into Obesity type I. All my clothes are really big now and I feel fantastic =^.^=

    My first goal seems so close now!!
