Hi I am curious as too how many calories those of you who started at over 200lbs ate during your weight loss journey.
I just recaluted my calorie goal on two websites at my current weight of 223 and I am surprised that at sedentary cal goal is 1300 and I know that we try things and see what works but I just didnt think it would calculate such a low number while being over 200. This could be why I havent really been losing I mean I have been eating about 1400-1700 but mainly 1500 per day.
