I am new to IP and made the crepes for the first time this weekend and I did terribly!!!! I ate it anyway because I didnt want to waste a packet! But does anyone have any tips on cooking them? Any help will be appreciated!!

Good morning, i had that problem too, until I tried this:

take a microsafe bowl, spray with PAM... pour the batter into bowl AFTER having shaked it up in another container. nuke it for like 30 secs at a time, stir, 30 secs again, and voila! nice, puffy, moist and DELISH ! hope this helps

My first crepes were art work as well. My coach suggested adding an egg and that did the trick.
