I didn't have much to lose to begin with but the entire process has been slow for me. It's been over 3 months and I have lost 9.8 of the 11 lbs I wanted to lose. However, I don't exercise as often as I should.
I WISH I was losing a pound a week! More like a pound a MONTH at this point. I had to UP my calorie intake to make up for all the exercise. Starvation mode is not a myth!
