HI! I'm new to 3 FC

    HI everyone! My name is Michele and I'm new to 3FC. I am excited to be here but am bad at keeping up.
    I am 43 years old, weigh 183, and only 5'2". UGH. I am so tired of being out of shape and unhealthy.
    I love reading everyone's success stories!!
