The time has come...

  • To make a change
    I am unhappy in my body and ready for a new one. Hubby says it is ALL about portion control. I believe there is more involved. SO...portion, exercise (walking) and healthier options are all in my "attack plan."
  • You can do it breannabelle. I believe that portion size is important but am learning that it takes it bit more. Good luck to you.

    Good for you deciding to make some changes!

    I would say that it's "sometimes" about portion control. Not all, though. Sometimes it's about the food itself. Sometimes it's about activity. Sometimes it's about how often. Sometimes it's about learning when we're not hungry at all! Sometimes it's... okay you get the point

    All these things added together are great! Portion control of healthier food choices and added activity is definitely a doable and sustainable plan.
