I haven't forgotten about you all... just traveling at the moment! Just arrived in London after some time in Paris... over the coming days I'll do my best to walk off all the "pains de chocolats" and "chaussons de pommes" I've enjoyed!

I'm still reading, but certainly can't post in the on plan thread... it would be pure food porn! I did have a few almost on plan dishes while in France that I'm looking forward to adapting and/or recreating when I'm back.

Congrats on your May successes... and best of luck in June! You guys rock and are keeping me inspired to get right back on track when I get home!
