Turkey Cutlets w/apples

  • this is delicious and i served it with a side of fresh spinach and fresh zucchini and yellow squash....

    3 granny smith apples or braeburn,or gala
    slice them and put a sprinkle of lemon juice, cinnaminon on them
    preheat a pan up and spray with pam
    put in the apples and saute for about 5 min or until the apples are soft also add a pat or two of margarine .
    then take apples out and cook ur turkey cutlets in the same pan
    and when they are just about finished add back the apples
    it is delicious and something different
