  • I'm really out of shape and I'm starting at the very bottom compared to the rest of you, it seems. But I'd like to keep track of my minutes regardless. I just bought a used recumbent exercise bike so that's what I'm doing right now. I'll probably add in exercise DVDs as I go along.
