I've never joined anything like this but I'm at my wit's end. I am struggling with about 100 extra lbs and and kind of stuck since I have no support. I have lost 20 lbs since Jan. but gained about 5 back. Just needing someone to talk to and it looks like this may be the help I need. Looking forward to being a part of this forum!

Hi there! You've come to the right place. I'd also been doing it mostly on my own, then fell off the wagon and gained a bunch back. Then I found this site and it's been fantastic. I think you'll find what you need on this forum. There's so much information and support.
