Yikes! I'm going to try kick my butt in gear with a bit of a challenge, not huge, but a challenge. My weight is up but it's TOM, but we're going on a trip this weekend and will have a steak and lobster dinner, plus booze... July 31 is just over 7 weeks away..... So let's say 10 pounds? That should be do able.. ok, lets make it offiical...
Timeline: July 31 (7 weeks)
Start weight: 153 lbs
Goal weight: 143 lbs
(Btw... yes, the trip is for a celebration, our friends are getting married and it's mine and my husbands 10th wedding anniversary today. I've already planned to be way off plan - LoL.)
