yay, thanks. um, i lost 5 pounds in dec. but i DID gain back 6 pounds and re-lose them. see, i did good most days... and when i did bad, i did BAD.

i like these challenges though. just another thing to add to my "keeps me motivated" list.

I ended up with a net gain, but it was hardly anything. Normally I gain about 5 times that amount during December so I'm really pleased. The challenge is definitely a motivator!
