I was told that there is some kind of app on the iphone that you can use that helps with running. I heard about it a while ago and of course have forgotten the name of it but the person said that it basically helps you work your way up to being able to run a mine. So I guess you run a minute, walk a minute, so on and so forth until you're running the entire time. Is this a crappy explanation? probably, but I don't know how else to go about it. lol There has to be someone out there who knows what I'm talking about!!!
