UGGG, bad weekend

  • So i am so disappointed in myself this weekend. We had parties all weekend and of coarse there was all the candy from the kids, and those chocolate covered peeps were just to hard to resist. So i need to get back in the swing of things this week, I can't believe i messed up so bad with the summer season right around the corner.
  • LOL...I think we all did. It's so hard to stick to it with kiddos in the house. Phase 1.5 for me. (and right now, there's orange coconut cupcakes sitting in front of me....resisting....)

  • Just get back on plan and go easy on yourself! If you're weighing, don't panic if the numbers go up for a few days. It's probably water retention.

    Today I'll get an extra workout in AND I'm going to make sure that the lingering off plan foods are out of sight which includes pitching something that came home with us from our potluck yesterday. It's better in the trash than sitting around waiting for me to eat it.
  • Eh, it was a holiday, don't beat yourself up too badly. Same thing happened over here. I was almost in tears last night throwing away some cupcakes that I had slaved over, but I knew it was best not to have them in the house. I'm going to do a phase 1 this week to rid myself of any cravings and bloaties that this weekend might have (did) leave behind.

  • yeah i have decided to do both workouts in the supercharged book, and i have been doing a 1.5 phase but i think this week i'll do phase 1 also
  • Same boat here. My husband did great, but I veared off plan while doing my baking, and accepted several offers of candy from my kids yesterday. Not happy, but I guess learning to handle Holidays and move on is part of the process, right?
