Not sure if this is the place to post this or not and this may be a dumb question, but I am Just getting started on my weight loss journey again and see a lot of people posting about their NSV. Was just wondering what NSV stands for?

NSV= non-scale victory. such as your tight pants are now loose.

Took me a while to figure that out too!

I like to think of it as "no small victory" meaning that every step in the right direction is a big victory!
