Hi everyone,

I have decided to add my before /afters to the album in the hopes it will keep someone else going when they are feeling discouraged. Many days during the 9 months it took me to lose, I would feel discouraged but looking at the goal photos of others kept me going.

Don't quit !
Here they are from 152 lbs to 120 lbs
