I need some suggestions. Passover is next week and I keep the holiday and keep kosher for Passover.
For the two seders, I must eat matzah, and drink wine. I am also having about 10 people over for whom i am cooking with a lot of traditional foods. I know the first two days will be lost days and will delay further weight loss the rest of the week, regardless of what else I eat, even though I am doing some healthy foods as The question is how do I handle the diet the rest of the week.
Soy protein is the basis of most of the packets. I believe the chocolate drinks will work for me, and I can have them as breakfast for the week. My thought was that for the rest of the week, after the first two days, I eat regular food, but limit it to lean proteins and vegetables and lots of water.
Does anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions about how to handle this?
