I Promise! **

  • Okay I making a few promises to all you who read this...

    1. Walk my 2 mile track every day this week
    2. Drink at least 3 tall glasses of water a day (better than my normal 0)
    3. Eat healthy daily ( No chocolates!! )
    4. Loose 4-5 pounds

    Lets hope I can keep these promises to myself and you! Lets Do it! Help me stay motivated!!

    I hope to check in daily to let you know how im doing...
    so far today i have walked my 2 miles...
    I am weighing in at 203...
  • Woo hoo! you can do it!!

    I promise to only have my fountain dr. pepper two mornings a week.
    I promise to drink at least 32 oz of water a day.
    I promise to work out (even if only 10 minutes) 4 days a week.
    I promise to lose 3 pounds by April 28th (wedding dress fitting)

    Yikes! I have already had my 2 dr. peppers.
    I haven't drank any water today.
    and I worked out for an hour on monday! woo.

    My weigh in weight. (drum roll).. 158.
  • Woo hoo you both can do this!

    I promise myself not to drink ANY pop from today on until next week.
    I promise myself to continue on with the C25K program with my partner and myself with NO EXCUSES.
    I promise myself to start working out full force again at least 3 times a week weather it's at the gym or a video with no EXCUSES!
    I promise myself to be back down the three pounds I gained from eating crap and not working out by the end of the month!
    I also Promise myself to keep myself busy so I stop over analyzing and thinking about boys too much! haha (:P)

    oh and I promise not to eat this chocolate bar that a co-worker just gave me until I have a chocolate craving that won't go away.

  • OMG I want chocolate STAT. or Ice cream We can do this!! I just had my 32 oz of water for the day and I had a large salad that I had to walk about 2 miles total to get. Woo.

    I'm going to take some baby steps, they seem so wimpy compared to yours:

    I promise to not eat any fast food for one week.
    I promise to drink 4 bottles of water a day for one week.
    I promise to go to the gym 3 times for one week.
