    4/04: 153.2 - I was hiking all day Saturday. My muscles are unbelievably stiff and sore. I'm sure this is water retention.
    4/05: 155.6 - Gah! I KNOW it's just water retention but this pisses me off and is making me anxious. I know I ate more than maintenance on saturday but not that much. I may not weigh for a day or two so I don't drive myself crazy.
