    I lost 8 lbs in March. I'd like to lose at least 5 lbs in April and I will be thrilled. LOL

  • Good to see the new thread. I have kept right on weighing but haven't checked in the last few days ... just haven't been in the mood to be rah-rah cheerful.

  • Between two weeks of rough eating and major water retention I gained a solid pound and a half, which is coming back off. I'm committed to sticking to my plan and getting the rest of the weight off. I'm also exercising again after waiting for an injury to heal, and that is helping keep my eating on track, too. Persistence is more important than perfect, I'm a testament to that!
