Here's the thing... The reason we're all overweight is because we keep quitting. I KNOW that we're all looking to see those numbers drop dramatically week after week, but that's just not how it always works. If you're eating healthy and exercising, why quit?!?! Why not keep working towards a lifetime of eating healthy and exercising?!
I'm doing WW, but it's not a diet. I need to live healthy. After two weeks of no junk and regular exercise, I already FEEL better in my body. The numbers on the scale are secondary right now.
Losing weight isn't going to change your mindset. Try looking at this differently.
