Hi everyone!
I am new to the site and I guess a "baby vegan" or vegan in training....
I made the move to vegetarian almost 2 years ago and now working on getting the dairy out of my diet. First was health reasons, high blood pressure and a family history of heart disease...and second I have always had issue with eating animals since i was a kid..finally decided to do something about it.
I have 3 kids (8, 3, 3, not a mistake..twins ) and a omnivore husband so its been a challenge to feed everyone some days..the kids easier than the husband...
I am thinking the change is going to be gradual as I cannot afford to toss out everything we have int eh pantry and shop vegan..but new stuff coming in is...
(now how to tell the husband I want a new car with no leather inside ..well thats going to have to wait a few years I guess...)
