Back on the wagon after falling off far too many times. My first mini-goal is to be 190lbs by my birthday week (May 9th). Seems reasonable according to my calculations. 2lbs a week.
I'm terrible at motivating myself LOL. I tell myself that I will wake up early to fit in 20-30 min of cardio and haven't been 100% successful. On a positive note, I've been eating healthy. 1500-1700 calories of non-processed foods a day.
Would anyone like to join me? Buddy up perhaps? I haven't tried to buddy up before, so I'm thinking it might give me that daily shove I need to get started and stay on track!
