Well what do you think would happen if you meant to put gas in your car, you meant to wash those clothes, or you meant to go to work but you didn't because you just didn't feel like it? That's right you'd run out of gas, not have any clean clothes to wear and probably get fired. Well, guess what is going to happen if you don't stop bingeing and start exercising? You are going to get the same thing you have right now.
If you want some things to change in your life, you gotta change some things in your life.
