I started MRC again. I just finished the pre-conditioning and start the Meta-Boost program tomorrow. I've lost my Meta-Boost menu!!! Can anyone email it to me?

I actually have not heard of Meta-Boost before and am curious about what makes this different.

Yup. Never heard of it either. I have heard of Meta-Slim, Meta-quick and Meta-Balance....no Meta-Boost. Do you have any details?
