I am with you on this one. I took my son to Chuck E Cheese yesterday and had an intense craving for pizza. I managed to fight it off but it was the most intense craving I have had to this point. I think I am really craving the cheese more than anything else as I have never been a pizza fan in the past.
Hang in there.......tell yourself that you can have pizza, just not right now. (it will be there when you are done!)
