  • Hey Chickie's, March 4th is the day! Just a quick update before work.

Today marks the 3 year anniversary of my complete lifestyle change! I am happy to report that I am still cigarette free, alcohol free, and still eating healthy. It's amazing to me how quickly the time has passed and how my life has changed forever. One thing is for sure, maintaince is harder than the weight loss ever was (for me). No wonder I have never bothered with it until now!

Last night my DH and I figured up how much money we have saved over the last 3 years since giving up my addictions. It was near $8,000! Yay! Maybe I'll look into some surgery options.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank those of you who have given me support and encouragement over the last couple of years.
  • Congratulations, Lori Bell! And may you continue in your success!
