*rolls eyes & sneezes*

  • So here I am starting over once again a few days ago. And today I woke up with cold/flu symptoms. But at least I did stock up on Progresso light soups and I have lots of fruit & ready raw veggies so when I feel my worst I can make something to eat in less than 5 minutes.

It never fails, every time I start over I get sick. What's up with that anyway?

I'm just going to stop starting over and never quit to begin with. Then I won't have a reason to start over.
  • Sounds great to me, not having a reason to start over! That's my plan too. Hope you're feeling better very soon!
  • I wonder if maybe the stress of starting over (the physical stress, not saying you're stressed out about it) sends your body into shock and lowers your immune system or something?

I dunno, just a silly guess from my uneducated standpoint LOL.

I hope you're feeling better soon!!
  • Get well soon don't let it derail you. This is just a minor bump in the road. You can do it!
  • <---same story. This bug better be gone in the morning. *grrr*
  • PS: Get Well Vibes to us both!! xo
  • Aww get well...we all know about starting over
  • I'm sick too! Everyone at work has had it, now its my turn. This week I'm on night shift, so at least means I can stock up on sleep allllll day.

I forced myself to make a big pot of spicy taco soup so I'm having that and cottage cheese this week. Luckily I have gotten over the "*pout* I'm sick, I'm going to eat what a waaaaaant" part without too much overindulging.

good job preparing - hope everyone feels better sooN!
  • Hope you get well soon. I thought I was sick two days ago because I woke up feeling off but I got better through the day whew! Again get well soon.
  • Thanks for all the get well wishes. I actually have the flu. I'm feeling a little better this morning after getting some prescription strength medicine yesterday. I haven't felt like doing much of anything but I did go to the store yesterday while I was out picking up my Rx and I bought a couple of rotisserie chickens and one of those roasts that comes with the veggies already washed and ready to throw in the crock pot. That's food for several days right there.
