    Hi my name is Heather. I have been down this weight loss road so many times before and do well then I give up. I have told myself this time will be diffrent and I mean it. I am going to stick with this till the end. I am glad to be apart of this fourm and it seems like there are alot of positive people here.

    Welcome Heather, Glad to have you join us. My advice is to look for a Support group, Chat, or Challange to join; small groups make it easier to get connected. Most sub-forums have groups covering almost every need, find one that inspires or motivates you and just post to join.
