I feel pretty motivated about being back on phase 1, I know how well it worked for me before, and I'm excited to have some more significant losses again. In hindsight I probably should have decided myself to do phase 1 right after my vacation to put myself back in the right frame of mind. I'll have to remember that for the week after my trip to Vegas in May.
Ona -- I thought my Dr.s question was funny too, it makes me smile when I think of it. It was goofy, but it did make me realize the inconsistency in my resolve -- I can easily refuse one but am so susceptible to another, so I just have to think of them as equally bad choices...lol. Every time I'm tempted to cheat I'll think of being in bed with my dr. lol Hang in there, you're right, that weight is going to move eventually. Anything else you can change to shake things up a bit? Ie. Keep your same calories but change the make up a little bit, or keep the same amount of exercise, but change the routine?
