    I didn't have time to post this morning, but my 'mystery pound' from yesterday is gone and it took a buddy with it.

    I've lost 70 pounds, my BMI is within the normal range and I'm content with my current weight. Now the trick will be staying at 135.

    (The NOW photo is from January but I wasn't about to take a pic today with my chin still swollen.)

    Congratulations! You look terrific and must be very proud of yourself! (It's so nice to see your picture after all this time of looking at you with a bag over your head. )
