Just checking In, thanks to responders

  • I said I'd aim to check in daily but yesterday we had to take my daughter's car to the shop and later we went to 2 stores looking for healthy foods at a discount. I am behaving and am not craving sweets of junk just now. I will have a healthy lunch, chicken on a tortilla with hummus and lettuce later, plus a few sweet potatoe chips and scallops for dinner with salad. This leaves me room for yogurt and fruit etc. I need to start some exercise!Thanks to the ladies who responded to my post several days back, I appreciate it!
  • That's great that you've planned healthy meals all day long and will have good foods in the house. Just take one day at at time and you'll see small results quickly.
