Hi all - should you increase your calorie intake when you are intensly working out? I am on the weight watchers system and just wondering if I should use all or none of my earned activity points?
I choose to use my activity points before using weekly points (I don't usually use many weekly points). I usually use them mostly on the day I do the exercising. This seems to work out well for me. Be careful about counting activity points though as many overestimate them.
This is going to be one of those things you'll have to experiment with and see. I don't eat my activity points, but I do dip into my weeklies on days when I've had higher than normal activity (that's not the only time I use weeklies, but one of them). Since I earn more activity points per week than the weekly points allotment, I use the smaller amount, if that makes sense. But if I was going to use my activity points, I wouldn't touch my weeklies. It's one or the other for me.
