Need a little motivation...

  • This is my first blog post w/ 3 fat chicks, and this fat chick is tired. It has been a super long weekend... and I can't get excuses out of my mind! I think I have a small devil on my shoulder that screams "Cheesecake! Burger! Beer! Cigarettes!" Any words of advice on gaining a little will power?
  • I think you just need to start slow and work your way up. Maybe start with no fast food, then maybe start counting calories, then cutting back on the alcohol. We are roughly the same size, so I know what your going through, its hard at times, but once you get going, you feel so good.
  • Take baby steps just like nickyj said. A Psychologist I saw on TV once said that people try and change too many things at once and it is too hard to do for long. He said that changing all that stuff at once was like " suddenly deciding to put your pants on while standing on the edge of your bathtub" too extreme, too fast and it will not feel natural.
