December 3 point challenge!

  • By Golly, I WILL spend the next 31 days busting my butt for those daily 3 points.

    Water: As much as I can. At least 32 oz a day, which as you all know, is great for me.

    Food: Maximum of 1400 calories a day.

    Exercise: 30 minutes or more a day. Sunday is my free day from exercise. Quickest way for me to burn out is to over do it.
  • 64 oz. water for me

    30 minutes cardio and 45 minutes wieghts 5-6 times a week

    1800 cals.

    Y-e-e-e-e-hah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Water - 64 oz daily (stop drinking Coca-cola again)

    Exercise - 30 mins of anything daily

    Food - Don't know what to put here since I don't count anything. Guess I'll just say eat small balanced meals, stay away from sugar and white junk.

    also, quit eat'n 2 hours before bedtime and switch to lite coffee

    So, for yesterday DEC 1st I get a big fat ZERO.

    Exercise 30 minutes each day except Sundays and Xmas Day

    Food. Will do the best I can at each meal.

    Water: 1/2 to 1 gallon a day.

    Exercise: At least 30 minutes a day (including gym at least twice a week).

    Food: Follow the WW plan. 22-27 points a day. Count all points and write them down every day.

    Sunday's total (Dec. 1) - 1 point for that mile+ on the treadmill.

    I pigged out on a few pieces of chocolate at the last minute and went over my 1900 cals. for the day...just glad I can keep it honest that's a major step for me!!
  • Yesterday was another zero, what can I say that you haven't heard before?????????? Cat ate my....no, no that won't work, ugh, I was force fed by Little Green Men......no... gosh you guys are hard to convience.. Truth is I came close but no prices. I'm feeling very in control today tho. I have completed my exercise and have half of my water done for the day. Looking to get all three points in today.

    Exercise-1 point, walkin' in the 15 degree freezin, freakin' cold
    Water-sadly only a mere 45 ounces, so I don't get my whole point
    Food-my bad, over by 55 cals., now is that just a shame, for God's sake I could have not eaten that last few calories. Damn food devil...I hate him....that rat!
