I need to research some more on what a good weight is for my height and body type.
AWESOME! No, it's not a cop-out. You need to do a muscle/body fat analysis (doesn't your clinic have one? If not, we do here in BR, and most gyms have them and do them during a 7-day trial, haha), or more importantly, a hip-to-waist ratio analysis. Those are more reliable indicators of overall health than BMI. You need to find a weight where you're comfortable and feel you can maintain. Let us know how tomorrow goes; I'm so excited for you!
