  • Ok here are my first WI results......drum roll please..............-9 pounds, 2.25 inches off my chest and 2.5 inches off my waist!!! Hips, arms and thighs didn't budge! Oh well I am feeling more motivated and feeling great!! Thanks everybody!! You ALL ROCK!!!!
  • Congrats to you Dino!!!!

WOW... that is inspiring! Thanks for sharing!

    <~~~~~ That's for you!
  • Great job Dino!!!
  • I have my 3rd weigh in tomorrow and I am really scared to see the results. I lost 10 lbs and a total of 10 inches after 2 weeks but this past week has been very hard. My 4 yr old has the flu and sinus/ear infection and my 8 month old has RSV. Needless to say, I have not eating all the products and not the right amount of other foods but I NEVER cheated. Hopefully I atleast lose 1 lb and didn't gain......
  • Pretty excited to see the scale continuing to move down. 4 lbs to goal!!! Very exciting after being stalled out for a number of weeks. Looking forward to hitting Phase III and IV and maintaining for a bit before I decide if I want to take off some more or not.
  • Quote: Ok I tooo had the what do I do?? Where do I buy clothes now..oh my goodness...its awful and you don't know what panties to buy anymore...
so I was even on a stupid panty search...but yesterday I went to old reliable
JC Penney's....The sales were amazing..I bought this great pair of dress pants..They are Modern Dress Pants..and I got the one Tagged Curvy...
and the Modern also has a little flair at the bottom..they look great and fit amazing..
so they were loaded with dress clothes and all on sale..
Ok then I bought- a blouse- 6 pair of panties-two night gowns-2 pairs of shoes(even my feet lost weight) and another pair of pants...
My husband this morning told me I looked like a model...yes he got one heck of a kiss...: dizzy:
My feet too! I went down a 1/2 size in shoes. Crazy!

I'm in the market for new PJs too. I'm just not happy with my "one size fits all" PJs anymore. LOL
  • Quote: Ohhh well..

todAY I really wanted to cheat since I found out my ex-boyfriend is now with one of my good girlfriend.. Yeah I know!!

I'm kind of an emotional eater .. but I won't!
I'm an emotional eater too.. Thank goodness I haven't had much to tempt me emotion wise. Kudos on not cheating though!! That's a big step!!!
  • Ya'll are wonderful. All of you. I love you all (in an internet kinda way...).

Welcome back, Linden! I missed you!

Carla, how's it going? Haven't seen you on here today...

What an awesome accomplishment! Last Wednesday, I was 10 pounds to goal; curious to see what tomorrow will bring. My initial goal was 130 (using the BMI calculator only), but I since upped it to 145. No one believes me when I tell them that I weight 155 right now - I have muscular thighs and calves - so I feel comfortable with losing only 10 more pounds. Or do I? Is that a cop-out? I need to research some more on what a good weight is for my height and body type.

AWESOME! No, it's not a cop-out. You need to do a muscle/body fat analysis (doesn't your clinic have one? If not, we do here in BR, and most gyms have them and do them during a 7-day trial, haha), or more importantly, a hip-to-waist ratio analysis. Those are more reliable indicators of overall health than BMI. You need to find a weight where you're comfortable and feel you can maintain. Let us know how tomorrow goes; I'm so excited for you!
  • Good evening all... Been kind of a LONG day... Long day at work at least.. Why is it that work is the one place I want to cheat??? I caught myself eyeing a Hershey's w/ Almonds bar in the vending machine in our break room.. I wasn't craving it, just thought it would be nice to have some real chocolate.. The last week at work has been **** to say the least, but I have yet to cheat. Just really wish I could get past this hump and be happy with the progress I've made this far.. Only 57 more lbs to goal!!!

I don't think my clinic does this. I've only been weighed on a scale and measured with a tape measure. I need to google all that. Thanks, Jolie!

Thanks a bunch!!! Whew!! I was so excited I started to the carrot dance and my coach joined in!!! So Everybody carrot dance!!!
  • I am a little disappointed after WI #3 today. I only lost 1.9lbs and 1 inch I have been following the instructions very closely and this week just didn't show the results that I was hoping for. My coach said that weeks 3-5 are usually not as big of a drop because your body almost goes into a freak out mode and then takes another huge drop. Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyways, I guess that tomorrow is a new day and the start of a new week. Hopefully it will go better!
