I understand completely! I went shopping with my family on Saturday, and they went to a pizza buffet... and of course I couldn't just sit there and watch, lol. So, I had more than my share! I just made sure that I worked even harder the next day, and I really didn't gain anything back, luckily I think it may be good to splurge every once in a while!
