I refuse to be fat and 40. My birthday is on Sept 13th. I have ALWAYS said I wanted to be in the best shape of my life when I turned 40. Well here's the count down and I'm going for it.

I am wife and mother of 3. I am a homemaker and I have 33.5 weeks to do it and make it my way of life for good.

I really hope you accomplish what I did not!! Not that I tried. I turned 40 back in December. As I didn't get my *** in gear until after my birthday I'm sort of changing my goal a bit to be.. Fit before I turn 41..
