I wish I didn't have to write that I'm back-I wish I'd never left! But I let myself regain 5 pounds. I'm stopping myself before I creep back into the 150s. I'm stopping the bleeding now so to speak. The holidays were rough stuff! Lol. But I've joined a gym and I've planned out my meals through Friday. That usually helps.
So I thought I would just say hello again...lol.
Anyone else re-committing to their diets? How are you going to stay committed this time?
