Day 7 and I met my first mini goal!

  • I started last Sunday and I dropped nine lbs this week. I'm eating between 1300-1600 calories a day and walking/running at least 30 mins a day.


    While I'm proud of this goal I know the war with my weight and this lifestyle change has only just begun.
