Okay so im wanting to lose 4 stone or more for my summer holiday in june. I have started a fitness routine that i am doing 4 times per week im only in my first full week.
I wanted some one who knows abit about this stuff to analyse it and see if its enough. And after every stone i will have to add something to challage myself to keep the weight coming off.
Here it is
20mins cross trainer
80 reps with 10lb dumbbells (20 reps of each movement)
Tea bo Boot camp or energise DVD aprox 30mins
