fresh air walking=starting to enjoy it

  • Since January 1st, I've been good at walking, 3 km per day!!!!...
    I get dressed up warmly and I go outside to enjoy the fresh air...and I'm happy to report that I'm really starting to enjoy it!!!
    I do believe that a new habit is in the making for me!!!!
    I'm looking forward to it each day now.
    I'm proud of myself and I do feel so much better!!!

    IF I CAN DO IT...ANYBODY CAN DO IT!!!!

    So go ahead, move a bit each day!!! it feels great!!!

    I love going for a walk and the husband is slowly learning to like it too!
  • You're so right! It's so nice to get outside and enjoy the air. I can rarely get out during daylight, so I go outside at night and run but it's still a wonderful feeling.
  • Zeli, way to go I walk and run outside year round and love it too, I just can't bring myself to do any sort of cardio indoors anymore...
