I made my first mini goal!

  • Hi,

    I'm so excited, I finally made my first mini goal, which was to be under 250.

    Okay, so I'm 248.5, but it's a start. I've lost 7.5 pounds since starting "again" on 11/1. Since March all I've done is fluctuate between 252-256-gain and lose the same four pounds over and over.

    This is the first time in over a year I have seen under 250 on my scale-and I NEVER want to see that number on there again. I just hope I don't screw up over the hoildays and gain it all back.

  • Good for you! Keep on your toes for the holiday season -- drink lots of water, stay away from those sweet goodies as much as you possibly can, perhaps telling yourself you can have just one or two of the REALLY good ones will help, and keep up with exercise! Bye-bye 250!

  • I can sooo relate to staying the same weight for so long! Up two pounds, down two pounds, up three pounds, down three pounds. I do that a lot. I am on a downward streak myself now too and hopefully this will stick for both of us!! I am also at 248 now! Congratulations on getting below 250. Even if you just maintain that through the holidays that will be great. You know people who arent watching it will be gaining 5 pounds in the next month! So in my mind maintaining is almost like losing this time of year and deserves an award!
