Hi,
I'm so excited, I finally made my first mini goal, which was to be under 250.
Okay, so I'm 248.5, but it's a start. I've lost 7.5 pounds since starting "again" on 11/1. Since March all I've done is fluctuate between 252-256-gain and lose the same four pounds over and over.
This is the first time in over a year I have seen under 250 on my scale-and I NEVER want to see that number on there again. I just hope I don't screw up over the hoildays and gain it all back.
