  • I found the Jingle away the Jiggle challenge so helpful because I was accountable for reporting my weight every week. I thought it would be helpful to have a thread where I could come every week and write down my weight. I am going to make one post and edit it every week with my new weight. I invite anyone who would like to have constant accountability to join me in this thread. I am so happy to have this support system and want to thank you all for helping me on my weight loss journey!
